Access for guests
This 80 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor, of a building in the historic center.
It has 2 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 4 people and has a bathroom complete with large walk-in shower incristal .
The apartment boasts a large living room, with 55' smart TV, overlooking the main street and a beautiful view of the rooftops of Florence and the hills of Arcetri.
At the end of the entrance corridor to the right is the first bedroom (double bed, non-divisible, measures 160x200cm) also overlooking the rooftops of Florence and a lovely little private balcony for delicious outdoor breakfasts.
To the left of the entrance is the second bedroom (two single beds, li, measures 80x190cm) whose window overlooks a small quiet and bright courtyard
the bathroom of the house complete with a large shower with crystal cabin is located halfway down the hallway .
From the front door we immediately enter the dining room and find the dining table for 6 people., as well as the kitchenette, with 4 burner stove and traditional electric oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, while the washing machine is at your disposal in the small courtyard of the property.

Agnolo First is really in a very favorable location, in the middle of the historic center but with quiet overlooks of the bedrooms, but a short walk from the Duomo and Piazza S.Croce, in the very lively area of the S.Ambrogio Market, the most important food market in the city.Every day from Monday to Saturday from early morning to 1 pm you will be able to buy excellent local products fruit,vegetables,meat,fish,wine,cheese ,cold cuts and flowers from the nearby countryside, inside the Market pavilion and on the stalls outside.
